Pad A Girl
“Pad A Girl” project addresses a critical issue that affects millions of girls and women worldwide: lack of access to menstrual hygiene products. In many communities, menstruation remains a taboo topic, and girls often face stigma, shame, and barriers to accessing essential menstrual supplies. Without access to pads or other hygiene products, girls may resort to unsafe alternatives or miss school altogether, compromising their health, dignity, and educational opportunities.
We ensure that every girl has access to safe and hygienic menstrual products. Through community outreach programs, and educational workshops, we provide free menstrual pads and hygiene kits to girls in need. We also aim to ensure that no girl misses school or faces discrimination due to her period. By destigmatizing menstruation and promoting menstrual health education, we empower girls to manage their periods with confidence and dignity, allowing them to stay in school and pursue their dreams.
Since the birth of “To Support Young Kids Foundation,” we have distributed over 2,000 sanitary pads to girls and women in Nigeria.
